Requirements:

Current Texas SLP license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA CCC preferred; CFY applicants may be considered

Texas Education Agency (TEA) certification may be required depending on placement
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs

Conduct comprehensive assessments and assist in eligibility determination

Serve as a key contributor in IEP planning and progress monitoring

Collaborate with staff across departments to implement student-centered strategies

Document services in compliance with federal and district guidelines
